Review - First time ever was 12/20/23 - Back for a recolor 1/31/24 - After the first visit I noticed one was smaller and lower than the other with less arch. I mentioned it to the owner when I returned for the recolor. She said it was the tail on the arch that made it look like that. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer but I accepted it. She said I had to under stand that they wouldn’t be twins. The reason I went to her was bcuz I was always complimenting my daughter on her brows which weren’t perfect but seemed to be twins at the time. - After my 2nd visit I was told once they healed this time they would look exactly like they look when I left tda. Never maybe, never might, never should, never probably but “would” look exactly as they look when I leave tda. - After they healed I mentioned to my daughter they looked exactly the same as they did the day I went back and asked what should I do. She said I would give it until the end of the month to see if they come in darker. After almost 2 months I decided to contact the owner, Eboni. I texted her and she said I could make an appointment for a recolor treatment but there were no guarantees. After thinking about it a couple of days I decided I didn’t want to pay again and end up with the same thing. She said she can’t guarantee anything bcuz everyone’s skin is different and she doesn’t know how one person’s pigment will accept the color over another person. - She was very blasé about it. - I told her these are all things she should tell people. I told her I’d like to write a review to tell people about my experience and asked where should I go. - She said she’d never had anyone threaten her business and reputation and that was her livelihood and how she supported her family. - I texted back that I had no intention of threatening her reputation I just felt others had a right to know. - After this I received a text asking to try to fix it again with a complimentary visit and an immediate phone call. I was at an appointment so I texted that and said I was unable to answer. - She immediately assumed I wasn’t going to answer and told me God knew her heart and if I wasn’t going to answer she wished me well before I could even respond. - I knew then I had to write a review. What would her mentor or her person that did her brows say to her telling someone they’re not going to be twins. You don’t expect them to be exact but at least close. Mine are embarrassing to say I paid money to a licensed professional. I was a little upset but her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

I haven't had brows in years. I just knew this would not work but amazingly it took really fast and even going through the steps of healing has not been bad at all. I can't wait for my 6 weeks touch up. Eboni Brows really created a miracle and I feel so beautiful with Brows

It has been a few weeks since I had my eyebrows done and I love them! No more drawing on eyebrows before stepping out of the house. And YES, I wish I would have done this sooner. Eboni is talented and very professional. At my appointment, I appreciated that she noticed how I drew my eyebrows and had suggested not moving far from that since it fitted my face. She truly customizes your brows to fit your face. And she makes sure you have all the information needed for aftercare. Again, I love my brows and I haven't even had my touched up yet. If I could give 10 stars I would. You can tell that Eboni loves what she does and takes her time to makes her clients comfortable and beautiful at the same time. I am very pleased!

February 28, 2023 my eyebrows came back to life yassss Lord!!! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded nd tinted nd let me tell you I ws tired of doing them almost every week because the tint wasn’t lasting long. I can honestly say my eyebrows are unbelievable awesome, terrific, beautiful, nd the bomb dot com period!!!!
